Livros, autores, artigos, escritos, escritores, autores mais recomendados, que eu recomendo e sugiro, nós recomendamos e sugerimos. Linha batista, fundamentalista, crente na Bíblia, só-TR, KJV-only.


Ao punhado dos meus irmãos batistas fundamentalistas só-TT e mais amantes de sãos livros:


Em 1981, eu já tinha uns 10 a 30 livros bíblicos lidos, mas, antes de voltar de 4 anos no Canadá, perguntei a 6 pastores e professores de seminários batistas mais fundamentalistas e mais íntimos: “Se você só pudesse manter consigo 10 livros, quais escolheria?” Depois, comprei aqueles livros que apareceram na lista de pelo menos 4 daqueles 6 pastores e professores. Foi o melhor investimento que eu podia ter feito, levei os próximos anos lendo e relendo aqueles livros, sublinhando, procurando reter o máximo que pudesse.

Nos vinte e tantos anos depois disso, tenho comprado e recebido de presente muitas dezenas ou mesmo algumas centenas de livros. Uns poucos foram tão fracos que não tive coragem de os dar a ninguém, e os destruí. Muitos deles eram razoáveis, mas, por não serem realmente bons e, por eu ter pouco tempo, parei no primeiro capítulo, alguns deles eu doei a igrejas, seminaristas, e irmãos interessados. Uns poucos dos demais livros foram tão bons que os li com prazer até o final. Raros deles foram tão bons que os li 2 ou mais vezes, sublinhando, anotando, procurando sorver e reter o máximo possível.

Quero passar a vocês a minha experiência, mesmo estando ela longe de ser uma grande experiência (por minha falta de tempo), talvez possa ser útil a um crente interessado que vocês conheçam.

E suplico que, se cada um de vocês tiver lido 1 ou 2 livros EXTREMAMENTE bom (linha radicalmente batista fundamentalista só-TT) e que eu não tenha lido, por favor, por favor me mande sua recomendação (e, se possível, informação sobre como obter o livro).
