Temos Nós Salvação Já No Presente?

Text: 1John 3:2"Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is."

I. We are now the sons of God.
 a. By faith - (Gal. 3:26) "For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus."
 b. ( Acts 16:31) "And they said, Believe on this Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house."

II. We have cleansing in this life.
 a. (John 15:3) "Now ye are clean through the word that I have spoken unto you."

III. We have the new birth now.
 a. (1Peter 1:22-23)  "Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."

IV. We have justification now.
 a. (Romans 5: 1) "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."

V. We now have everlasting life.
 a. (John 5:24)  "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."
 b. (Gal. 5:16) "This I say then; Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh."
